Chandrika lives in Wadhwan, Surendranagar. She belongs to Kariyani village where the main source of earning is agriculture and farming. She was eager to learn computers after completing her 12th standard, but due to the financial crisis, she was not able to continue her studies. As our team came to know about her interest in learning computers, they counseled her and endow the required information about different trades of computers in Navjeevan Trust. She was ready to join Desktop Publishing [DTP] in the DDU-GKY program. As she completed 60 days of classroom training, she was selected as a computer operator in Shivshakti Honda showroom as On Job Trainee [OJT]. After the completion of a total 90 days training she was selected as a computer operator in Hero Ganesh Festival Outlet – Joravarnagar with 6000/- CTC + other allowance.
